Dr Galyna established her practice in Knightsbridge with a clear vision: to bring together medical precision, advanced technology and a considered understanding of beauty, wellness and longevity.

With more than two decades of medical experience, her approach to aesthetic medicine is grounded in clinical expertise, careful assessment and respect for individual anatomy. She focuses on non-surgical treatments designed to preserve identity, support healthy ageing and achieve natural, balanced results.

Her background in psychiatry brings an additional perspective to her work. It informs a deeper understanding of the relationship between appearance, self-perception and emotional well-being, and reinforces the importance of thoughtful consultation and appropriate treatment.

Rather than approaching aesthetics in isolation, Dr Galyna considers the wider factors that influence how a person looks, feels and ages. Treatment plans are individualised and may combine advanced technologies with established aesthetic techniques, always with an emphasis on proportion, restraint and long-term outcomes.

Dr Galyna's signature “Full Body” approach sits at the core of her methodology — a technology-led model that considers the face and body as part of a complete and individualised treatment strategy.

Non-invasive rejuvenation

Approached through Sofwave, XERF and Exion, selected to support collagen stimulation, tissue remodelling and improvements in skin quality across both the face and body. XERF uses advanced radiofrequency technology to deliver controlled energy at different tissue depths, supporting collagen remodelling and progressive tightening while preserving a natural result. For more targeted skin refinement, Sylfirm X provides fractional microneedling technology to address specific concerns relating to skin quality, texture and tone.

Body & muscle conditioning

Known in the press as “The Body Sculptor,” Dr Galyna takes a precise, anatomy-led approach to body contouring. Intimate health

Dr Galyna also has more than a decade of experience in intimate health and vaginal rejuvenation. Her approach combines the EmFemme 360 device and Revive pelvic floor strengthening treatment with a considered selection of intimate injectable treatments, according to individual clinical needs.
